What is Mast Cells Made Simple about?2026-05-23T14:58:06+10:00

Mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) is an emerging condition that sees mast cells, a major player in the human immune system, chronically release mediators (chemicals) which causes a myriad of symptoms. MCAS goes hand-in-hand with other complex chronic illness including mold-related illness, electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome (EHS)/electromagnetic (EMF) sensitivity, myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), fibromyalgia, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and more.

Dr Olivia Lesslar, MBBS will explain the role of mast cells in the immune system, what happens when they go awry, and the mechanism of MCAS. She also explains how MCAS is diagnosed and what management and treatment strategies are possible. Dr Sandeep Gupta, MBBS is a guest instructor for module 6, that details the environmental and toxic drivers of MCAS including mold, heavy metals and man-made chemicals.

Mold Illness Made Simple (Full course) is an on-demand online course that covers mold-related illnesses including chronic inflammatory response syndrome (CIRS), also known as dampness and mold hypersensitivity syndrome (DMHS) or sick building syndrome, but also fungal colonization.

It is created by integrative physician Dr Sandeep Gupta, MBBS (MD) it aims to provide health practitioners and the general public with the clarity and confidence to understand and conquer mold-related illness from both a biological — how mold and bacteria and their byproducts found in damp buildings affect the body and how can it be diagnosed and treated? — and environmental (how are water-damaged buildings inspected, tested and remediated) perspective.

Functional Diagnostic Practitioner (FDN-P) Chris Henderson, is the main instructor for EMFs Made Simple. He explains the history and physics of EMFs, their biological and health effects, including EHS and how they impact other chronic diseases. In module 3 he explains how to test and mitigate your environment for EMFs, so you can reduce exposure. Dr Sandeep Gupta is guest instructor.

What is EMFs Made Simple about?2026-05-23T14:57:44+10:00

Non-native a.k.a. man-made electromagnetic fields (EMFs) are a relatively new phenomenon for planet earth and its plants and animals. There is increasing research that these non-ionizing EMFs can cause oxidative stress and inflammation in humans leading to a plethora of symptoms. They are also associated with other complex chronic diseases, the most obvious being electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome (EHS) but also mold-related illness, MCAS, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, and neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative conditions.
