EMFs Made Simple
Are You Being Wi-Fried?
Do you have mysterious symptoms and complaints such as headaches, insomnia, itch, brain fog and fatigue, especially when using smartphones, laptops/tablets or around Wi-Fi? If so you may be sensitive to electromagnetic fields (EMFs). In the on-demand online course EMFs Made Simple you will discover:
The course spans 16 lessons across four modules for 5 hours of video content with fully referenced slides.

Course Outline
Module 1
What Are Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs)?
1. History of EMFs – Learn who the leaders and innovators in electromagnetism and EMFs are.
2. EMF Frequencies – Discover the electromagnetic spectrum, the frequencies that cause problems, and ionizing versus non-ionizing radiation.
3. Typical EMF Exposures – Find out the common and uncommon sources of EMFs in the modern world.
4. Regulatory Bodies – Discover who the international and national organizations are that regulate EMF exposure limits, and why they can fall short.
Module 2
EMFs and Health
1. Biological Effects of EMFs – Discover the mechanism of how EMFs cause stress and damage to organisms, from plants to animals.
2. Health Effects of EMFs – Learn about the signs, symptoms, and conditions that EMFs can contribute to.
3. EMFs and Pathogens – EMFs may affect pathogens such as bacteria, fungi, and viruses.
4. What Is EHS? – What is the multi-symptom, multi-system illness known as electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome (EHS)?
Module 3
EMF Solutions
3. Smartphones – We’ll show how to mitigate EMFs from smartphones including 4/5G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth antennas & accessories.
4. Wi-Fi and Smart Devices – Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and smart devices are ubiquitous, we’ll teach you strategies on how to reduce exposure.
5. EMFs In the Workplace – Learn about the solutions to make a smart office healthier, including using hardwired networking (ethernet).
6. EMFs In Public Spaces? – Discover the places outside your home that might expose you to EMFs including public Wi-Fi, cell towers, and (electric) cars.
Module 4

We guide you through the various Documentaries and Talks, Books and Publications, Websites, and Protective Gear and Tools for your EMF journey.
FAQ
Functional Diagnostic Practitioner (FDN-P) Chris Henderson, is the main instructor for EMFs Made Simple. He explains the history and physics of EMFs, their biological and health effects, including EHS and how they impact other chronic diseases. In module 3 he explains how to test and mitigate your environment for EMFs, so you can reduce exposure. Dr Sandeep Gupta is guest instructor.
Non-native a.k.a. man-made electromagnetic fields (EMFs) are a relatively new phenomenon for planet earth and its plants and animals. There is increasing research that these non-ionizing EMFs can cause oxidative stress and inflammation in humans leading to a plethora of symptoms. They are also associated with other complex chronic diseases, the most obvious being electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome (EHS) but also mold-related illness, MCAS, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, and neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative conditions.
